Tomorrow Hub

Real learning looks like real life.

A different pathway for young people to learn, grow and thrive in a changing world.

Launching in Australia in 2027

Preparing young people for the world ahead

For more than a decade, Liz has worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship, education, leadership and future skills.

She has seen firsthand what happens when young people are given real responsibility, meaningful challenges and the confidence to back themselves. And she has seen the growing gap between what many young people are learning and what the future will demand of them.

The world of work is changing. AI is reshaping how we create, communicate and solve problems. Careers are becoming less predictable. The ability to think independently, adapt quickly, lead with confidence and turn ideas into action has never mattered more.

Liz believes young people should not have to wait until adulthood to build those capabilities.

Tomorrow is her response.

Through Tomorrow Hub, Liz is creating a different pathway for young people to develop the mindset, skills and self-belief needed to thrive in a changing world, not by talking about the future, but by actively preparing them to shape it.

Building what’s possible

Tomorrow is the vision Liz is building now, but it is part of a much bigger body of work.

Across entrepreneurship, community, youth development and social impact, Liz has built and led initiatives that help people think bigger, create opportunity and turn ideas into action.

Each one reflects a different part of the same belief:

When people are given the right tools, confidence and community, they are capable of far more than they realise.

  • Dare to Dream Cambodia

Founded by Liz in 2015, Dare to Dream Cambodia partners with Sunrise Cambodia to help disadvantaged young people build confidence, entrepreneurial skills and belief in what is possible.

Through future-skills workshops and real-world challenges, the initiative has empowered thousands of young people to dream bigger and create opportunities for themselves and their communities.

To date, the project has raised more than $650,000 and created opportunities for entrepreneurs to contribute their skills directly on the ground.

  • League of Extraordinary Women

Liz co-founded the League of Extraordinary Women in 2012 to create a space where female entrepreneurs could connect, share ideas and grow together.

What began as a small idea has grown into a global community of more than 120,000 women in business, known for powerful events, honest founder conversations and a strong culture of possibility.

The League has also produced major Australian events including Run the World, bringing together some of the world’s most inspiring female entrepreneurs to share the ideas, stories and strategies shaping the future of business.

  • Generation Inspired Podcast

Generation Inspired is a podcast and conversation platform exploring how we better prepare young people for the world they are growing into.

Hosted by Liz, it brings together parents, educators, entrepreneurs and thought leaders to challenge outdated assumptions about education, confidence, future skills and what young people need to thrive.

The conversations are designed to spark a bigger shift, from simply helping young people succeed within existing systems, to helping them build the capability, mindset and belief to shape what comes next.

Previous Ventures & Impact

Before Tomorrow, Liz built and led initiatives that created opportunities for young people, entrepreneurs and communities to think bigger, take action and create meaningful change.

These ventures continue to shape the work she is building today.

Project Gen Z

Founded by Liz Volpe, Project Gen Z was a B-Corporation social enterprise created to help young people build the confidence, mindset and future-ready skills to shape their own futures.

Through school workshops, teacher-led programs and real-world learning experiences, Project Gen Z reached more than 200,000 young people across five countries.

The work helped activate a generation of dreamers, innovators and changemakers, and became an important chapter in Liz’s long-standing commitment to helping young people think bigger, take action and create positive change.

As part of her work in youth development and education, Liz co-created the acclaimed documentaries Generation Inspired and Generation Inspired 2.

Designed to spark bigger conversations among parents, educators and young people, the films explored what it really takes to inspire the next generation in a rapidly changing world.

Highlighting the importance of future-ready skills, resilience, confidence and dreaming big, the documentaries were embraced by schools and communities as a catalyst for meaningful dialogue around education, youth leadership and what young people need to thrive.
