Meet Liz

Liz Volpe is a dynamic entrepreneur, consultant, and speaker who challenges outdated systems, sparks bold conversations, and champions innovation. Recognised among Australia’s Top 50 Female Entrepreneurs Under 40, Liz has served on the boards of StartUp Daily and Shoestring Media Group, and has spoken for organisations including Microsoft, The Entourage, RMIT, and the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Summit.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in commission-only sales before founding Zest Possibilities, where she built a 100-strong sales team across Australia and New Zealand and helped raise over $150 million for charities worldwide. For Liz, the true success of Zest wasn’t just the numbers — it was the culture she built: loyalty, fun, and purpose at the heart of the business.

In 2012, Liz co-founded the League of Extraordinary Women, which has grown into a global community of over 120,000 female entrepreneurs. The League has showcased hundreds of founder stories, hosted sell-out conferences, and inspired women in business worldwide. In 2024, the League launched Flourish — the world’s first business operating system built by women, for women, designed to give female founders the tools, frameworks, and networks they need to scale with confidence.

Motivated by her passion for impact, Liz founded Project Gen Z in 2015 after a life-changing trip to Cambodia. What began as entrepreneurial workshops for disadvantaged youth has grown into a B-Corporation recognised social enterprise that has raised more than $650,000 for Sunrise Cambodia and impacted over 200,000 young people across five countries. Through school programs, teacher-led workshops, and resources for parents, Project Gen Z helps young people dream bigger, build businesses, and develop the future skills they need to thrive.

As co-founder of Ambisie, Liz also created the acclaimed documentaries Generation Inspired and Generation Inspired 2, designed to spark conversations among parents, teachers, and young people about how to reimagine education and prepare the next generation for a rapidly changing world.

Today, Liz works with entrepreneurs through her consulting and speaking, specialising in sales training, leadership development, visionary strategy, and impact-driven business models. She thrives on collaborating with passionate, big thinkers who want to disrupt industries, build loyal teams, and create businesses people love.

Fueled by her unwavering belief in possibility, Liz continues to push boundaries, build movements, and inspire others to take bold action toward a better future.
