Liz Volpe is an entrepreneur, education innovator and passionate advocate for the next generation.

For more than two decades, she has built businesses, scaled communities and created opportunities for people to think bigger, take action and build what is possible.

Liz is the co-founder of the League of Extraordinary Women, a global community of more than 120,000 female entrepreneurs, and the founder of Project Gen Z, a social enterprise that empowered more than 200,000 young people across five countries through entrepreneurship, future skills and real-world learning experiences.

Her work has taken her into schools, communities and organisations across Australia and internationally, including Cambodia, where she developed programs supporting disadvantaged young people to launch their own businesses.

Today, Liz is building Tomorrow, a future-focused education movement creating new pathways for young people to develop confidence, curiosity and the real-world capability needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

As a speaker, Liz brings together lived experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, movement-building and education to challenge audiences to think differently about what is possible, for young people, business and the future.

Liz visited us at Mentone Girls Grammar and presented to our year 9 – 12 students, opening our Careers Afternoon with an energetic and inspirational talk about her own career journey.
